They do not apply to any separate WhatsApp automation or lead recovery service, which is governed by its own terms if and when offered.

Our services include a free preliminary AI Visibility Check and, where agreed, more comprehensive audits and implementation support.
3. The Free Preliminary AI Visibility Check
The free preliminary AI Visibility Check is a limited, introductory review. It is based on publicly accessible information and relevant AI search observations available at the time of the review. It is not a comprehensive technical audit, does not scan every AI platform, and does not generate a full technical report. The scope of the free check and any turnaround time will be confirmed after your request is assessed.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, enquiry, lead, or AI-generated mention or recommendation. AI-generated responses vary by query, system, location, information availability and other factors outside our control. Our work focuses on improving relevant foundations and measuring observable outcomes where possible, rather than guaranteeing particular results.
5. Paid Engagements
More comprehensive audits, implementation services and ongoing support are paid engagements. Any paid work requires a separate, mutually agreed proposal or service agreement that sets out its scope, fees and terms.
6. Basis of Findings
Findings and recommendations are based on publicly accessible information and observable outcomes at the time of review. They reflect our professional assessment and are not warranties or guarantees of future performance.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to have the authority to engage us on its behalf.

AIFlowGrowth is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity or any other third-party platform. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the free preliminary AI Visibility Check is limited to the fees paid for that specific service, which for the free check is zero. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
