When you request a free preliminary AI Visibility Check or otherwise contact us, we may collect the following personal data:
- Your full name and business name
- Your business website URL
- Your industry
- Your WhatsApp number and business email
- Your biggest visibility concern and any other details you choose to share
- Your consent to be contacted
- Advertising attribution data, such as UTM source, medium and campaign parameters, and the page or advertisement that referred you to us
- Technical data collected through analytics, such as pages visited, device type, browser and approximate location
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data to:
- Review your enquiry and prepare your preliminary AI Visibility Check
- Contact you about your assessment and recommended next steps
- Provide, administer and improve our services
- Measure and improve our marketing and advertising performance
4. CRM and Marketing Automation
We use a third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform to manage enquiries. When you submit the contact form, we may create or update your contact record, apply a tag to identify your enquiry type, store details such as your website, industry and visibility concern, capture advertising attribution data, and trigger lead-notification and follow-up workflows.
5. Analytics and Advertising Attribution
We use analytics and advertising platforms to understand how visitors find and use our website. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data. Advertising attribution data, such as UTM parameters, is captured to help us understand which campaigns are effective.
6. Third-Party Processors and Data Transfer
Your personal data may be processed by third-party service providers we engage, including our CRM platform, analytics providers and advertising platforms. Some processors may operate outside Malaysia. We take reasonable steps to ensure our processors protect your data and process it only on our instructions.

Personal data collected from preliminary AI Visibility Check enquiries that do not become customers will generally be retained for no longer than 24 months after the last relevant business interaction, unless a shorter period is appropriate or continued retention is necessary for a lawful purpose. We periodically review inactive enquiry records and delete or anonymise data when it is no longer necessary. The retention review process is being configured within our CRM platform and is not yet fully automated.
Client records, financial records, disputes and other information subject to different contractual or statutory retention obligations are handled separately under the applicable terms.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent to processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
